Fri celebrations next week, so this weekend is ideal to keep an intense cleansing diet body, preparing it as the culinary excesses we do in this period. Diet that you suggest is a light, cleansing and energizing effect and, moreover, will help you lose one kilograms in two days - is just what you needed before the holidays! The good thing is that this diet is not at all restrictive, no fixed hours for meals, but is based solely on the recommendations of foods and drinks that will purify your body and you will make you feel energetic!
Every morning: Start your day with a half liter of plain water! Before you get out of bed, drink a half liter of still water at room temperature to hydrate your body after hours of sleep.
Sat
Breakfast: juice citrus, after 15 minutes, green tea.
Lunch: a medium portion (300 gr.) Cooked vegetables or cooked in steam, 200 gr. white meat (over weak, chicken or turkey).
Dessert: a small yogurt, skimmed milk, honey and a few pieces of fresh fruit (apple, mango, banana).
Dinner: a small piece of boiled quinoa or buckwheat.
As snacks between meals, you drink two glasses of lemonade - prepared with water, lemon and honey, also can eat two kiwi fruit.
Sunday
Breakfast: a bowl of buckwheat with milk and cinnamon (to cook like rice milk, but that tastes different).
Lunch: a medium portion (300 gr.) Cooked vegetables or cooked in steam, 200 gr. white meat (over weak, chicken or turkey).
Dessert: a small yogurt, skimmed milk, honey and a few pieces of fresh fruit (apple, mango, banana).
Dinner: Bananas and skim milk shake (mix in blender or mixer 2 bananas and a cup of skim milk)
This day is recommended to not take snacks between meals, but if you get really hungry you can take a few tablespoons of honey.
Precise:
Consume plenty of fluids! It is recommended that every day to drink 2 liters of water, half a liter of orange juice and half a liter of green tea or white tea.
